Shipping Information
We cast our shipping net worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) to get your fishing gear to you as quickly as possible:
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and packed within 1-2 business days before being shipped from our London headquarters.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping (£12.95):
– Carried by DHL or FedEx
– Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
– Shipped via EMS
– Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Our Returns & Exchanges Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be:
- In original condition (unused, unopened, with tags attached)
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Important Exception: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on waders unless they arrive damaged or defective. All other fishing gear (bite alarms, lines, floats, leaders, tools, and weights) are eligible for return or exchange.
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to return your fishing gear:
- Contact Us within 15 days at [email protected] with your return request
- Pack Securely the item(s) in their original packaging with all accessories
- Include your order number and reason for return

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll send you an email notification. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
Want to exchange for a different size or product? Follow the same return process above, but clearly state in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the returned product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your fishing gear arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
